Conference Themes

Conference themes address the question of what specifically needs to be done to improve the quality of leadership.  The goals of the conference are to: 1) encourage, mentor and support new and upcoming leaders in diverse fields of interest, 2) improve leadership through collaboration, and 3) maintain a focus on humanistic values and ethical practices. We are interested in developing independent, innovative and creative thinkers.

who

Delegates attending the conference are from academia, business, the military, and other disciplines, as well as government, political and civic leaders. We especially welcome doctoral degree students representing all disciplines.

Since 2002 a number of papers from leading thinkers have graced the agenda of CEPA conferences. Over 50 colleges, universities and other institutions have been represented. They include delegates from top universities throughout Texas. Scholars from Washington DC, to Indiana State University in mid-America, to Pepperdine University on the west coast, and extending to the University of Puerto Rico in the Caribbean have also presented their ideas on leadership.

Join us and share your vision on leadership.
